Change is the only guarantee in life. Change is always for the good and change is also scary. But we all must change. So once again Strong Body/Strong Mind Yoga For All, led by veteran yoga instructor Rhonda Wishart, is going through a change and joining the yoga coop at “The Heart Space” inside of Block 134 in downtown Putnam. Joining forces with The Heart Space will provide more opportunities for more yoga, meditation class and monthly workshops and even yoga teacher training.

Rhonda is looking forward to continuing to bring yoga to the community and encourage healing, self-love and peace.

Rhonda also offers classes at The Hale YMCA and at The Family Center for Family Wellness.
